We provide information about crimes and criminal defense. We are not here to judge anyone for something they may or may not have done. We are dedicated to providing people with much needed answers to their legal questions and concerns about crimes. We cannot scroll back time and take away the moment that caused someone to be accused of a crime but we can provide important information about these crimes that may be helpful to an accused person and to those that care about them.
Innocent Until Proven Guilty
We are staunch supporters of the United States Constitution and the rights it provides to citizens. We especially believe in working to uphold the 6th and 14th Amendments because these guarantee, “due process of law.” Due process of law is where we get the phrase, innocent until proven guilty, and requires that orderly procedures be followed to establish guilt before a person can be put in jail or punished in another manner.
Education is Power
We believe that education and information leads to people having power over their lives and crimes. This is one of the many reasons why it is important to us to be able to educate others with the information we provide. We know from experience, when good people are not informed of their rights and how to protect them, they can get taken advantage of by the legal system.

When we do our research and present our findings, we do this with the hopes of helping people in need get information and answers to questions that will help to guide them on their options and how to get legal help if they need it.
